Shipping Charges and Policies
Once you place your order, we go to work. All orders are processed within 3-4 business days and shipped Canada Post (excl. Weekends and Holidays). We do everything to ensure you receive your in-stock items within 7-8 business days within Canada without extra express charges. However, we are required to ask our valuable US customers that you wait 3-4 business days extra for delivery within the continental US. Sorry, no shipping to a P.O. Box.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is only $6.50(Canada) or $9.50(continental US) for all orders! For all orders over $60 shipping is FREE.
2 days Xpresspost (by Canada Post) shipping is $10.50. Awailable for Canada only.

Prices
The prices marked are in Canadian or US dollars. GST, PST(for Ontario), HST and custom dues & charges extra. All prices, products and services are subject to change without notice.

Returns
Custom shirts can only be returned due to production mistakes and will be eligible for exchange or merchandise credit. Unfortuantely due to the custom nature of our shirts we cannot accept any shirt for a refund.

We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Damaged shipments must be claimed with the freight carrier.

Unwashed, unworn merchandise may be exchanged for a different size/style within 5 days of receipt of the order. Please keep your invoice if you would like to be able to exchange a shirt.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dryed in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer.

If you wish to make a return, please follow these instructions to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

  1. To make a return, you must notify us via e-mail ( sale@imprinox.com ), within 5 days of receipt of the order. You will receive instructions and an official return authorization number. We will not accept returns without an official return authorization number.
  2. Place the return authorization number you are given on the outside of the box and inside the box on a copy of your order or on a separate piece of paper. We will not accept any returns without an official return authorization number written on the outside of the package.
  3. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will issue a product exchange, replacement or merchandise credit less shipping. Only returns due to production mistakes and/or manufacturing defects will be eligible for a full refund.

Personal check and money orders are not eligible for refunds.

FAQ's

  • Q: Can I get a sample of the shirt I ordered?
    A: Blank shirts are available for a small fee. They can be useful in determining size, color, quality, and feel. Printed samples are not available.
  • Q: What brand shirts do you use?
    A: We use only the top US and Canadian brand names such as: Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Bella, AA, Anvil, Hanes and more.
  • Q: What is your minimum order?
    A: There is no minimum order.
  • Q: Do you put on individual signs and graphics?
    A: Yes. Contact us for details.
  • Q: Will the shirts shrink?
    A: Shirts that are 100% cotton are preshrunk. However, you could still expect 2-3% shrinkage.
