Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the web site. Your use of the MonsterImprint.com web site is an agreement between you the user, and us the seller, that you will abide by the terms and conditions below. You may print, copy or view our web site for the sole purpose of ordering from us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, please do not use the Site.

MonsterImprint.com and Imprinox Inc. will not be liable, or responsible for any direct or indirect loss, however caused arising from the use of this web site or the information provided on this web site.

The buyer is responsible for making sure that the product purchased is suitable for the required use and that the buyer has sufficient skill to use the item ordered, in the manner that it was designed for and in the conditions that it was designed for. MonsterImprint.com and Imprinox Inc. will not be held responsible for any injury or death caused through misuse or inexperience.

Whilst MonsterImprint.com and Imprinox Inc. has taken reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of viruses and computer corruption, we will not accept liability for any damage caused to software, computers or computer equipment.

In these terms and conditions, where reference is made to, ‘user’, ‘buyer’, ‘you’, ’your’, this will mean the person or persons visiting the site for what ever reason. The term, ‘seller’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’, means MonsterImprint.com and Imprinox Inc..

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in the province, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles..

Pricing
We make every effort to ensure the prices are correct. If for any reason either the price displayed on MonsterImprint.com is wrong or the item is out of stock we will notify you. You will then be given the option of awaiting the arrival of the next shipment (we will advise you of a delivery date), choosing another item or having a full refund. Where an item is less expensive than advertised we will send the item and credit or refund the difference. All prices unless specified differently are in Canadian and/or US dollars($).

Delivery
We endeavour to deliver on time, but we will not be held liable for any loss caused through late delivery. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs clearance charges, these costs must be borne by you. You are the importer of all goods and it is your responsibility to comply with all regulations and laws in your country relating to the importing of goods and the transferring of money. MonsterImprint.com does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs or security checks.

Imprinox Inc. may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the accounts or priveleges of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Imprinox Inc. the following information:

1. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
2. a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the MonsterImprint.com site; your address, telephone number, and email address;
